As intentional as we are about this, we recognize that issues can still exist. Our products are guaranteed through a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions. This warranty covers material defects and manufacturing defects such as rivets, locks, and other hardware pieces found on our products. Coverage is void if damage is caused by unreasonable wear or neglect, normal wear and tear, damage from personal contents from within, or if you’ve changed your mind.
